The Kenli 10-2 CEPC platform is the core processing and compression platform of CNOOC's Kenli 10-2 oilfield cluster in the Bohai Bay, mainly used for crude oil processing, natural gas compression, produced water treatment and external transmission, etc. The platform is the hub of the oilfield cluster development, realizing the functions of oil and gas collection, transportation, processing and pressurization.
Huanrui Electric Heating Solution for Kenli 10-2CEPC Platform
Kenli 10-2 Oilfield is located in the southern part of Bohai Sea, with an average water depth of 15.7 meters. In the low temperature environment in winter, crude oil, diesel, seawater and other pipelines are very likely to freeze or solidify, causing equipment to shut down. Although the traditional imported electric heating system can solve the antifreeze problem, it is expensive and has a long delivery cycle. Anhui Huanrui's electric heating technology stood out in this context and solved the heating problem of Kenli 10-2 CEPC platform.
Anhui Huanrui Heating Manufacturing Co.,Ltd provided products and design solutions for the platform's electric heating system, involving more than 20,000 meters of pipelines and more than 150 types of equipment, covering more than 20 systems including crude oil process pipelines, natural gas processing systems, instrumentation and control systems, fire protection and safety systems, production water discharge pipelines, deck drainage systems, etc. A total of more than 100,000 meters of self-limiting temperature electric heating tapes were used, which solved the problem of freezing and blockage of pipelines or equipment due to low-temperature icing, medium solidification or increased viscosity, ensured the safe and stable operation of production, and realized the replacement of imported electric heating brands.

Breaking the monopoly of Europe and the United States and reducing energy security risks: In the past, offshore engineering electric heating systems have long been monopolized by European and American brands. With its strong corporate strength, Huanrui Electric Heating has ended the situation where key equipment is "controlled by others". Cost optimization promotes cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the industry: imported electric heating cables are expensive and have high maintenance costs. After localization, Kenli Oilfield can save a lot of money and provide economic support for the goal of Bohai Oilfield to produce 40 million tons.
